General Terms & Conditions
All prices are displayed in EURO per Person and per night.

The Local Tax (Ortstaxe) is EUR 2,20 per person/day. Children 14 or younger stay for free.
Inclusive breakfast buffet with quality products from our own farm and butchery. In the evening there is 4 course menus or buffets with fresh salads on the side.
Booking a room with only breakfast (no halfboard) is reducing the price by 15€.
In winter we can only take bookings for whole weeks (usually Saturday-Saturday). Depending on disponibilites short stay are possible for an additional fee.
If you book a double room for yourself there is a single room fee of EUR 25,- to EUR 75,- per day, depending on season and room category.
The half-board dinner price is 15€. There might be additional fees for special evenings :
- Christmas menu EUR 25,-
- New years eve EUR 45,-
- Carnival Week 13.02. to 20.02.2021: EUR 5,- per person/night
If there is two full paying adults we have special rates for kids in the same room:
- 0-5 years: 20%
- 6-11 years : 50%
- 12 – 14 years: 75%
- 15 – 18 years: 85%
We offer cribs for 10€ a night.
In our new single rooms (big “grand lit” beds) the kid prices are valid even if there is only one adult with them.
Our hotel, rooms, restaurant, bar & SPA are NO SMOKING AREAS
Smoking is only allowed on our terrace and on balconies with closed doors. We may charge 100€ cleaning fees if these rules are not respected in the rooms.
We are happy to adapt ourselves to your allergies and needs. Please inform us of any allergies when booking your room, so our kitchen can prepare something for you.
We want to inform you that we can not rule out any cross contamination of allergic products in the kitchen.
Allowed in their own basket, they are not allowed to come in the restaurant.
For dogs in the rooms we charge 10-15€ per day depending on their size.
Garage parking is available for 8 EUR ,- per day. There is a lot of parking possibilities all around the house for our guests.
At arrival your room will be ready for you at 2pm. On departure day please leave your room until 10am.
We work following the Austrian Hotel Law (Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen) with following cancellation fees:
Cancellations are only accepted in written form. The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal of the consumer rights of the European Union.
WINTER: Free cancellation up to 7 days (21 days Christmas/New Year/February) prior to arrival. Cancellations within the last 7/21 days will be charged 80% of the total price, 100% for no-shows. T
SUMMER: Free cancellation until 2 days before arrival. Cancellations within the last 48h will be charged with 80% of the total price, 100% in case of no-show.
