For our guests we have free parking all around the Kramerwirt, due to availability. Garage parking for 10 € per day.

Yes, there is free Wifi in the whole building and of course in the Försterhaus as well.

Your rooms will be ready for you at 2pm at the latest.

To make the most out of your holidays you can always come by earlier and leave your luggage with us.

If you booked half-board but you will arrive after 8 pm: please inform us so we can prepare you something to eat for the night.

For arrivals after midnight we will deposit the keys for you, you can Check-In at the reception on the next day.

We ask our guests to please leave their room before 10am. 

We can of course store your luggage in the hotel if you want to spend another day in Mayrhofen before leaving.

In the busy winter months we ask our guests to settle the bill on the evening before departure, so you can enjoy your last breakfast without any hurry.

You can pay with cash, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa.

Your dog is welcome in its own basket for € 20 per night (food not included), but will not have access to the SPA “Himmelreich”. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or additional cleaning costs.

For à la carte guests, the kitchen is open all day until 9:45 p.m. The extensive menu is available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. In the afternoon and after 8:45 p.m., a smaller selection of dishes is available.

For half-board guests, dinner is served in the main restaurant from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you would like to dine à la carte on the terrace or in a private room during your stay, this is possible. Please let us know in the morning and we will reserve the desired table and credit €20 to your bill.

You can book your room either with half-board (breakfast & 4 course dinner) or with breakfast only.

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies (be it lactose, gluten or others) so that our kitchen can arrange accordingly.

All of ours meals are freshly homemade so we are always happy to adapt to your allergies if possible.

No, the whole house including the restaurant rooms and the bar is a non-smoking area. You can smoke on our terrace – in winter we put outdoor heating.

There are two ski areas over Mayrhofen: Penken & Ahorn. The Penken cable car is 300 m away, the Ahorn 500 m. Instead of walking through town with your ski boots we recommand taking the free ski shuttles that stops right in front of our door. (every ~15mins in winter season)

No, even though they used to – so you still might find some comments about them on some old reviews.

Between 11 pm and 6:30 am the church bells stop ringing.

Starting from Mayrhofen there are a lot of destinations to explore. You can do city trips to Innsbruck, Salzburg, Rattenberg etc…. or enjoy a day at the Achensee lake – also called the fjörd of Tyrol.

Another highlight would definitely be a trip to one of the side valleys of Zillertal. You can either take taxis or simply the public hiking buses leaving from the train station! Don’t hesitate to ask as for any tips or recommendations!
